I have over 10 years experience working with large companies recovering debt from Businesses and Individual customers.
No matter what the value of the debt I will chase payment by phone or email whilst ensuring good customer service.
As part of the collection process I work with the customer to help reconcile the accounts and deal with all queries. This will help speed up payment.
I can help negotiate a payment plan with the customer if it's required. Following up on the payment plan will be an ongoing tasks which I am happy to assist with. This will need to be reviewed once payment plan has been agreed.

The process I follow is as below:
- Free 30 min call on Zoom or Skype to understand your requirements
- You send me your client details, including their contact details, payments terms and payment history
- I chase payment and send you a detailed summary on excel
